Commissioning of Oaths, Affirmations and Solemn Declarations

Our Commissioner of Oaths professionals offer a full range of legal witnessing services, which include commissioning of oaths, affirmations, and solemn declarations.
We assist with various legal documents, such as statutory declarations for identity or marital status, travel consent letters for minors, immigration invitation letters, Service Ontario documents, declarations for lost or damaged passports, and affidavits for vehicle ownership transfers, professional accreditation, insurance claims and more.
Please be aware that we DO NOT offer legal advice or verify the contents of any document. Our role is solely to confirm your signature in the presence of the commissioner.
Additionally, we do not draft affidavits, affirmations, or declarations; you must provide your own documents or reach out to us for assistance. Our services do not extend to the commissioning or witnessing of Wills, Power of Attorney or Divorce/Separation documents.
Your documents and information are completely protected. Our fully licensed professionals ensure your privacy. Your documents will not stored or used for any other purpose.

Commissioner of Oaths Services are Available Monday to Thursday – Closed on Fridays

Process

ID Verification:
Our Commissioner of Oaths will verify your government-issued photo ID.

Document Review and Oath:
The Commissioner of Oaths will screen your documents then administer the appropriate oath, affirmation, or declaration.

Signing the Document:
Sign the document in the appropriate boxes in front of the Commissioner of Oaths who will also sign and add their seal after you complete your signature.

Receive Your Document:
Your signed and notarized document will be provided to you immediately during your appointment.

Cost

$50 plus tax for each commissioned oath/affidavit and $25 plus tax for each subsequent one.
